Alle fälschlich gesperrten ISP Knoten sind nun wieder entsperrt und können wieder normal genutzt werden. Das DATWeb System wurde auf einen konsistenten Zustand zurückgesetzt. Anzeigen im LRZ SIM zu ISP Knoten können noch inkonsistent sein, ein Abgleich ist in Arbeit.
Mittlerweile konnte die Ursache des Problems auf eine Fehlkonfiguration in Kombination mit einem Softwarefehler in DATWeb zurückgeführt werden. Aktuell läuft ein Prozess, welcher die gesperrten ISP Knoten nach und nach wieder entsperrt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass aktuell Anzeigen im DATWeb und LRZ SIM zu ISP Knoten noch inkonsistent sein können.
Aufgrund einer noch unbekannten Ursache wurden viele ISP Knoten über Nacht im System gesperrt und sind aktuell in DATWeb nicht sichtbar.
Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck an der Behebung des Problems, sowie der Ursachenforschung.
Ihre Backupdaten sind NICHT gefährdet.

All ISP nodes that were mistakenly blocked have now been unblocked and can be used normally again. The DATWeb system has been restored to a consistent state. Displays in LRZ SIM regarding ISP nodes may still be inconsistent; a synchronization is currently in progress.
The cause of the problem has since been traced to a misconfiguration combined with a software bug in DATWeb. A process is currently underway to gradually unblock the blocked ISP nodes. Please note that displays in DATWeb and LRZ SIM regarding ISP nodes may still be inconsistent at this time.
Due to a currently unknown cause, many ISP nodes in the system were blocked overnight and are currently not visible in DATWeb.
We are working urgently to resolve the issue and investigate the cause.
