Linux Cluster Attended Cluster Node Housing
Dear users of the Linux Cluster at LRZ!
We are happy to announce that first access to the new CoolMUC-4(CM4) cluster system will be granted as of Tuesday, 10th December 2024.
Please be aware of changes within the LRZ Linux Cluster and HPC landscape. Both software environment, i.e. a module system update and a new default spack stack, as well as new hardware specifics may, however, impact your working setup and may require adaptation of your code.
Please familiarize yourself with the documentation.
Access to CoolMUC-4
Logging in with ssh
to cool.hpc.lrz.de
provides you accees to one of two login nodes. Two-Factor Authentication is enabled.
Slurm job submission is possible here also for all housing customers to their respective private queues.
